Privacy policy

How Embassy Cars Ltd collects, uses and protects the information you give us when you book or enquire.

Our registered office is 5a Parr Road, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 1NP, and our office is at 232 South Ealing Road, London W5 4RP. What we collect

When you book or enquire through this website, by phone or by email, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, pick-up and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage numbers, flight details and anything else you choose to tell us about your journey.

How we use it

We use your details to quote for and book your journey, to send your driver to the right place at the right time, to keep in touch with you about the booking, to take payment and to keep the records we are required to keep as a licensed private hire operator. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share journey details with the driver carrying out your booking. Our website host and email provider process enquiries on our behalf so they can reach us. We may share information where the law requires it, for example with Transport for London as our licensing authority. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal, licensing and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a vehicle on our fleet page, your browser remembers that choice for the booking form during your visit, and nothing more.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
