Meeting points
Know where your driver will be
On arrival your driver will be waiting with a name board. At Heathrow Terminal 2 that is at WH Smith straight ahead after the arrival gate, and at Terminal 3 it is the Marks and Spencer store on your left. At most other terminals it is the arrival gate barrier or the information desk.
We allow 25 minutes of free waiting time after landing. If you cannot find your driver, call us straight away on 020 8568 5555.
